Online Refunds and Returns Policy
This Policy is provided by Budgong Tools store participating in this website that has been selected by the customer to buy the particular product/s that are subject to this Policy (Store).
The Store is NOT required to provide a refund or replacement if the customer changes their mind, however if the item is unused, not damaged, the packaging is also unopened, intact and not damaged our store will consider a Store Credit or Exchange this will be determined by a case by case basis.
If items where postage all return and resend Postage will be at buyers expense.
But the customer can choose a refund or exchange if a product has a major problem. This is when the product is used for its intended purpose in accordance with ALL instructions and
*Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it:
*Is unsafe
*Is Significantly different from any sample or description provided:
*Doesn’t do what the Store said it would, or what the customer asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, the customer can choose to keep the product and the Store will compensate the customer for any drop in value.
If the problem is not Major, the store maybe able to repair the product within a reasonable time, or the customer can choose a refund or replacement.
Items must be returned within 30 days
Please keep proof of purchase, such as payment confirmation or receipt.
The method of refund will be the same as the method as payment and reversed to same account.
Refunds processed within 7 days of receiving returned item.
Store may provide remedies in addition to the above at their discretion.

We stand behind our products.
If a Tool is found to be faulty or damaged in transit, we will verify the issue with you and offer refund or exchange when the problem is brought to our attention within 30 days from purchase.
If problems arise outside this period this policy will apply at our discretion.
When verifying damaged products sold online we will ask for Photo or Video evidence of damage or faulty item, we will use that information to determine how we will move forward.
Change of minds need to be sent back at buyers expense within 30 days of receiving item.
